Dr. Duri Long received a $156k NSF ITEST award for unplugged activities aimed at fostering AI literacy in middle school-aged youth. This project, titled “Non-digital Hands-on AI Learning Resources for Middle-School Students”, will focus on the design of activities that empower youth to learn about AI through the lens of their own bodies and identities.
